Which Singapore banks does Ben support?
Ben reads PDF and CSV statements from all major local and digital banks. Contact us if you need help with a specific bank.
Do I need to set up Xero bank feeds?
No. Upload PDF or CSV bank statements directly via the portal. Xero integration is available on the Firm plan for those who want it — but it's optional, not required.
Is the output audited or reviewed by Minloq?
No. All outputs are AI-assisted compilations prepared from information provided by management. No audit or review has been performed by Minloq. Management and their accountant remain responsible for accuracy. Every output carries a compilation notice.
Can multiple staff submit documents?
Yes. Register multiple staff numbers per company. Ben identifies who is submitting from their registered number and routes documents to the correct client queue automatically.
How does Minloq handle missing receipts?
Ben records what exists and flags what is missing — with clear notes rather than silent gaps. Clients are prompted to reconstruct or declare missing items. Ben knows Singapore documentation thresholds and guides accordingly.
What languages does Ben support?
Ben responds in the language you type — English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, Tamil or Singlish. Regulatory references (IRAS, ACRA, CPF) remain in their official form.
Is my data secure and PDPA compliant?
Yes. All data is hosted in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1). Each subscriber's data is completely isolated using row-level security. Your data is never used to train AI models. Minloq is PDPA compliant.
Can I import my existing chart of accounts?
Yes. Import your COA via CSV from Xero, QuickBooks or any standard format. Ben learns your account mappings over time — the more you use it, the fewer manual corrections you need.
Is there a founding discount for accounting firms?
Yes — we have 10 founding firm slots at 50% off for the first 3 months. These are for firms willing to provide feedback during our early access period. Contact us to check availability.
What accounting software does Minloq work with?
Xero integration is available on the Firm plan. For Starter and Business plans, Ben generates a formatted Excel bookkeeping file. Standalone mode — no external accounting software needed.

Minloq Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202615062H), 73 Ubi Road 1, #09-51, Singapore 408733, operates the Minloq platform accessible at minloq.sg. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

2. Data we collect

We collect information you provide when signing up and using the platform, including your name, email address, company name and UEN, financial documents uploaded to the platform (bank statements, invoices, receipts), and usage data such as log files and session information.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the Minloq service — to process documents, generate compliance outputs and operate the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Data storage and security

All data is stored in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1) in compliance with PDPA data residency principles. Each subscriber's data is isolated using row-level security. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only. Documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by Singapore law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Third-party processors

We use the following third-party processors to operate the platform: Amazon Web Services (document processing and storage, Singapore region), Supabase (database, Singapore region), Vercel (application hosting). All processors are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to access personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate personal data, and withdraw consent for data processing (subject to legal or contractual restrictions). To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies necessary to operate the platform (session management and authentication). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Changes to this policy
